Aileen de Souza is part of the interdisciplinary team at the Sethu Centre for Child Development & Family Guidance in Goa. At Sethu, she leads the Mental Health Programme, a family-centered programme that supports children and families through assessments, mental health services, training, and awareness initiatives. Aileen holds a M.A in Psychology, with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, from S.N.D.T. Women's University, Mumbai. She has also completed a training in Narrative Therapy at Ummeed CDC, Mumbai, deepening her ability to engage with neurodivergent children and adolescents. Aileen is driven by a passion for fostering resilience in young people and applies a strengths-based approach in her work.
