Shreyas Dole is a co-founder of Jumbish, where he works with adolescents and young people from the Pardhi community in Indore.

After spending a decade working within the corporate sector, rather unhappily, Shreyas made his way into community work by joing Muskaan in Bhopal. He worked with choldren and youth from Denotified Tribes in classrooms and community spaces focusing on critical thinking, logical reasoning and emotional expression through arts.

He subsequently co-founded Jumbish and has also been a Constitutional fellow with PHIA Foundation. At Jumbish, his work centres on creating spaces where young people can question, think together, make choices and participate more fully in their communities. His practice draws from Theatre of the Oppressed, narrative practices, and approaches that nurture critical thinking and logical reasoning. He is particularly interested in how children and young people can develop the capacities to imagine, create, make decisions, exercise agency and see themselves as active participants in community and civic life.
When he is not in the basti, Shreyas is usually at home being driven slightly mad by his two dogs."
