Sneha is a trainer, supervisor, and entrepreneur who has been working with children and community health workers in the field of early childhood education and development for the past 10 years. She is also a teacher and supervisor for international diploma programmes in Narrative Practices.

Sneha has played a key role in developing the Diploma in Child Development and Family Work, as well as the Women and Friendship workshop, which travels across different cities.

She is also a master trainer and supervisor for GMCD (Guide for Monitoring Child Development), an international tool, and the Ubuntu programme, participatory group and peer-support spaces for children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Her work is informed by Narrative Practices and by the ways of living and knowing within her communities. She calls Narrative ideas the “Gehraiyo wali duniya”, a world of depths, which has brought her a curiosity to listen and loiter in different storylands, with care and slowness.

She loves spending time walking by the beach, listening to Tamil and Kannada songs, or making little things for her Mallige store.
